Zachary Rega-Oliveira DNP(c), MHA, PMHNP-BC, NEA-BC
Zachary Rega-Oliveira is an advanced practice nurse specializing in minimally invasive medical aesthetic procedures including neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Zachary has an undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University, a Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. He completed his Nurse Practitioner degree at Rivier University in Nashua New Hampshire, and is scheduled to complete his Doctoral education at Rivier in the Fall of 2023. In addition, he has obtained two board certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is an affiliate of the National Honor Society of Nurses, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the American Plastic Surgical Nurses Association (APSNA).
Zachary began his career in medical aesthetics in 2013 having received training by a Harvard University trained, board certified plastic surgeon. He began his career as a Nurse Injector at his own medical salon/spa and has since worked at other area medical spa practices and has had the opportunity to teach medical aesthetics to other aspiring healthcare professionals. His goal is to establish lasting relationships with patients, providing quality, safe, and satisfying care.
In addition to his career in aesthetic medicine, Zachary has held positions in Senior Leadership for several local hospitals, with his most recent position being the Director of Psychiatric Services for a local hospital system. Zachary also has a passion for education and has taught at many local universities and has had the opportunity to inject on stage at pharmaceutical events alongside esteemed colleagues within the field of facial aesthetics.
LuAnn Russell, Paramedical Aesthetician
LuAnn Russell is a Master Aesthetician at Renu Medical Aesthetics, where she specializes in advanced, results-driven treatments designed to help patients look and feel their best. With a strong focus on anti-aging, acne management, and scar revision, LuAnn combines clinical expertise with a personalized approach to deliver natural, confidence-enhancing results.
Passionate about skin health, LuAnn brings an in-depth understanding of skin conditions and remains current on the latest aesthetic technologies, treatments, and medical-grade skincare. She has received advanced training and certifications in laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial rejuvenation techniques, including dermal fillers and Botox.
In addition to her aesthetic expertise, LuAnn plays an integral role in the procedural side of Renu Medical Aesthetics as a skilled Surgical Assistant. She has hands-on experience supporting liposuction, fat transfer, and other minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Known for her attention to detail, she maintains the highest standards of safety, sterility, and patient care throughout every stage of treatment.
