Zachary Rega-Oliveira DNP(c), MHA, PMHNP-BC, NEA-BC
Zachary is an advanced practice nurse specializing in minimally invasive medical aesthetic procedures. He provides expert neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments with a focus on achieving natural-looking results while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University. Later, he completed both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration at the University of Phoenix. Zachary then received his Nurse Practitioner degree from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire. He also completed his doctoral education at Rivier University.
In addition, Zachary holds two board certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He is also an active member of several respected professional organizations, including the National Honor Society of Nurses, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the American Plastic Surgical Nurses Association (APSNA).
Experience in Medical Aesthetics
Zachary began his career in medical aesthetics in 2013 after training under a Harvard University-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon. Since then, he has gained extensive experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments and helping patients achieve their cosmetic goals.
He started as a Nurse Injector at his own medical salon and spa. Over the years, he has worked with several leading medical aesthetic practices throughout the region. Furthermore, he has trained and mentored other healthcare professionals who wanted to build careers in aesthetic medicine.
His approach focuses on building long-term relationships with every patient. As a result, he is known for delivering safe, personalized, and high-quality care that helps patients look and feel their best.
Leadership and Education
Beyond aesthetic medicine, Zachary has held several senior leadership positions within local hospital systems. Most recently, he served as the Director of Psychiatric Services for a regional hospital network.
Education has always been an important part of his career. Therefore, he has taught at several local universities and has shared his expertise with future healthcare professionals. In addition, Zachary has demonstrated injection techniques on stage at pharmaceutical education events alongside respected leaders in the field of facial aesthetics.
LuAnn Russell, Paramedical Aesthetician
LuAnn Russell is a Master Aesthetician at Renu Medical Aesthetics, where she specializes in advanced, results-driven treatments. Designed to help patients look and feel their best. With a strong focus on anti-aging, acne management, and scar revision, LuAnn combines clinical expertise with a personalized approach. Delivering natural, confidence-enhancing results.
Passionate about skin health, LuAnn brings an in-depth understanding of skin conditions. Remaining current on the latest aesthetic technologies, treatments, and medical-grade skincare. She has received advanced training and certifications in laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial rejuvenation techniques, including dermal fillers and Botox.
LuAnn plays an integral role in the procedural side of Renu Medical Aesthetics as a skilled Surgical Assistant. She has hands-on experience supporting liposuction, fat transfer, and other minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Known for her attention to detail. She maintains the highest standards of safety, sterility, and patient care throughout every stage of treatment.
